Quality Assurance

Every container inspected before it reaches you

We apply a consistent inspection and grading process so the container you order matches the condition described in its listing.

Our inspection process

Before a unit is listed or released, it passes through the following checks.

  • Structural Integrity

Corner castings, rails, frame and flooring are reviewed for damage, deformation and structural soundness.

  • Wind & Watertight

Roof, walls and seals are checked so units listed as wind and watertight keep contents dry and secure.

  • Doors & Hardware

Door gear, hinges, locking bars and gaskets are tested for smooth operation and a proper seal.

  • Surface & Coating

Paint condition, corrosion and surface treatment are assessed against our grading standards.

  • Photographic Record

Condition is documented so what you see reflects the standard of the unit supplied.

  • Final Sign-Off

Each container is signed off against its listed grade before it is released for delivery.
